Appointments generally run about an hour.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. One of the goals of the treatment is improved circulation of qi (internal energy), and jeans, or other tight fitting clothes, tend to inhibit the free flow of qi. Most of the acupuncture points are located below the knees and elbows or on the torso. Please wear clothes that allow access to these areas. In order to deepen your treatment, I ask that you avoid caffeinated beverages prior to a treatment.

After your treatment, you may feel a change in your internal energy. This can result from a release of healing energy within your body and the change in your internal balance of Qi. It is a good idea to avoid strenuous physical activity after a treatment until you've had a good nights sleep. This allows the patterns of health established in the treatment to gently sink into the body.

The charge for a one hour treatment is 175 NIS. Payment by cash or check is due at the time of service. Unfortunately, I can not accept credit cards at this point. I ask that you please review the financial policies as well. I do ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
